We do not currently maintain a permanent space, we deliver our projects through a network of project spaces, partner galleries and other collaborative spaces. However, we can arrange for works to be viewed at our viewing room by appointment only. In some cases we can bring works to view at your premises.

Kanbi Projects features an innovative and multi-faceted exhibition programme, focusing on contemporary art by artists of African descent on the continent and from the global diaspora. Founded in 2017 by Adeola Arthur Ayoola as a nomadic curatorial practice, the project pivoted in 2020 to champion a small group of exceptional emerging and mid-career artists.
Adopting a collaborative model together with the cohort of artists and partners, we seek to facilitate the dissemination of artistic research and diverse practices addressing relevant social issues of the Black lived experience.
Our programme includes Launchpad and Projects. Launchpad is a virtual exhibition series presenting solo projects with young artists and through Projects, we present group, duo and solo exhibitions with our cohort of artists and network of partners. In addition to our exhibition programme, we publish archival resources (catalogues, monographs and books), host events and participate in selected art fairs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept unsolicited artist submissions.
